Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ProfitPulse GST Pro ("the Service"), operated by Vatsa Traders. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

ProfitPulse GST Pro is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. There is no separate joining or setup fee — you pay only the monthly plan price. GST (18%) is applied on top of the listed price.

Prices are per month and may change with prior notice. Any change in pricing will not affect the current billing cycle you have already paid for.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and can be used for as long as it is offered. No payment is collected, so no refund applies to the Free plan.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the in-app cancellation option in your account settings.
On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period (unless you also request a refund — see below).
After the active period ends, your account moves to the Free plan; your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

We offer pro-rated refunds on monthly subscriptions under the following terms:

A refund request must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
The refund is pro-rated for the unused portion of the current billing month, calculated from the date we receive your request.
Requests made after 7 days from the payment date are not eligible for a refund, but you may still cancel to stop future billing.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Use the in-app request option in your account settings to cancel your subscription or request a pro-rated refund. We will confirm and process eligible requests within a reasonable time.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or other payment credentials. Refunds are issued only through Razorpay to the original payment method.
